An Estimate Is Only as Good as the Experience Behind It.
Peak estimating is not outsourced data entry or production estimating built for volume. Our estimating approach is informed by more than a decade of restoration experience, including senior operations leadership, project management, mitigation, reconstruction and complex commercial losses.
We don't simply ask whether a line item belongs in an estimate or breeze through to get it done. We consider whether the scope is complete, whether quantities make sense, how the work will actually be performed and whether the estimate reflects the realities of executing the project.
